Starting your own web site can be a fun and at the same time a very complex and frustrating experience. An important rule to follow is "PLAN AHEAD". 	The Internet for Dummies (6th Ed) I actually purchased this book when I first started out on the internet and still to refer to it once in awhile.
	Web Style Guide : Basic Design... I have yet to purchase this book but, I have heard good things about it.
